We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate Social Media Manager to
take our Hindi platform’s digital presence to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy and Execution:
o Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies
tailored for the Hindi audience.
o Plan and execute content calendars across platforms, ensuring timely
delivery and relevance to audience preferences.
2. Audience Engagement:
o Monitor, respond to, and foster community engagement across
platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
o Build an interactive community by encouraging conversations and
addressing audience queries.
3. Performance Analysis:
o Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like
Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
o Identify trends, optimize content strategies, and ensure alignment with
platform goals.
4. Content Creation:
o Collaborate with writers, video editors, and graphic designers to
produce engaging posts, reels, and stories in Hindi.
o Write compelling captions and scripts in impeccable Hindi that resonate
with the audience.
5. Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute campaigns for special events, trending topics, and
initiatives that amplify the platform's mission.
6. Trend Spotting:
o Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for
social media platforms.
o Innovate with new content formats and storytelling techniques to stay
ahead in the digital space.
Key Qualifications
1. Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or
related fields.
o Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management are a
plus.
2. Experience:
o 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands,
publications, or platforms.
o Proven track record in growing audience reach and engagement.
3. Skills:
o Proficiency in Hindi writing with excellent grammar and storytelling
skills.
o Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics tools like
Google Analytics.
o Basic knowledge of video editing tools and visual content design is
preferred.
