We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Manager – Brand Solutions to join our Media team. 

As a Manager – Brand Solutions at The Better India, you will 

1. Understand partner requirements and identify the cross section between rich content, brand ethos, brand purpose & social impact. 

2. Research on brand values, the target audience and the core objectives of brands and curate ideas that align to the same. 

3. Develop high quality custom pitches and sponsorship propositions for marquee content properties. 

4. Conceptualise new content formats that can be tailored to effectively bring to life a brand’s communication.

5. Identify situations where media can be used as an agent for social change and fostering the right partnerships to support such campaigns. 

6. Be enthusiastic about presenting concepts and proposals to clients & brand custodians. 

7. Work closely with internal teams (Editorial, Operations, Video, Social Media etc) to identify subjects & sectors which are increasingly popular to proactively develop campaign ideas & pitches and to ensure that the proposed ideas are engaging and can foster organic conversations. 

Our ideal colleague will be 

1. Someone with a background in advertising / creative brand solutions, having a minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience in a creative/account planning/brand solution & strategy role in an agency or digital media platform 

2. Ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and content initiatives each on a regular basis to address the marketing, communication and business needs of brands. 

3. Having excellent communication, both verbal and written and presentation skills, with a proven record and portfolio of work with big brands & ideas, which have been executed as campaigns.

4. An independent thinker, comfortable with navigating and leading in ambiguous situations and rapid changes, enthusiastic about wearing multiple hats and able to operate in a lean team environment and 

5. Someone with proven experience in planning and developing digital brand and media campaigns that support customer acquisition objectives. 

6. Someone with expertise in campaign execution and ensuring the final content created is in line with the campaign vision. 

7. Someone who enjoys challenges, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can meet critical milestones and deadlines with ease. 

8. A fair understanding of social impact campaigns and purpose-driven communication will be desirable
