We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager - Sales Partnerships to join our dynamic Sales team at The Better India.

As a Manager - Sales Partnerships at The Better India, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand marketing teams, advertising agencies, and other media partners to drive revenue through impactful campaigns.
- Develop customized sales pitches and proposals that align with clients' marketing objectives, showcasing The Better India's value as a trusted media partner.
- Work closely with internal teams, including editorial and marketing, to design and execute innovative branded content solutions.
- Identify new opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage collaborations to meet revenue and partnership goals.
- Participate in key industry events and conferences to establish The Better India as a thought leader in purpose-driven marketing and storytelling.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have 8–10 years of experience in Sales, Media Partnerships, or Business Development, preferably in a media house.
- Possess a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing successful client relationships.
- Be skilled at identifying client needs and crafting creative solutions that meet those objectives.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Be passionate about storytelling, purpose-driven campaigns, and leveraging media for positive impact.
- Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
